Finding your authentic self and building a more courageous you.
Men who struggle with mental health issues often feel isolated and unheard – only 37% of Australian men and boys reach out when they need it. Societal pressures, fear of judgment and more. There are many reasons why men don’t seek support.
But recognising you need support is the first (and most important) step. My aim is to break down these barriers and provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express your thoughts and feelings openly.
Men face unique challenges and my approach addresses those specific needs. I offer personalised support, combining evidence-based strategies with practical tools to help you better understand your feelings, shift your mindset and build your courage to take actionable steps for lasting change.
Workplace challenges can drain your energy and confidence, leading to a lack of productivity and overall performance – both in and out the office. However, many workplace challenges are too complex for standardised solutions that are often provided by your Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
With over 30 years of experience across industries, I offer tailored conflict resolution strategies that aim to identify the root causes of tension and uncover hidden barriers like miscommunication or personality clashes.
Through proven therapies like ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) I equip you with the tools and insights needed to manage your emotions, strengthen your resilience and turn challenging situations into opportunities for growth.
My own experience has made me deeply passionate about helping to address the common challenges faced by the LGBTQIA community.
Particularly in the developmental years, many people struggle with their identity. I will help you find your authentic self.
Social isolation is a critical challenge impacting LGBTQIA individuals, which I counter with professional and personal understanding.
Guilt can impact your self-worth, clouding your sense of identity and blocking the path to confidence. Together, we’ll work to overcome this barrier, building your inner strength and courage.
Anxiety and depression can feel like a heavy weight, holding you back from the life you want to live. These emotions can be isolating, exhausting and overwhelming. But you don’t have to face them alone. With the right support, healing is possible.
I take a person-centred approach to uncover the root causes of your struggles, helping you gain deeper insight into your thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Together, we’ll create a personalised therapy plan designed to empower you with the tools and strategies to regain control and find the courage to move forward.
Grief and trauma can shake us to our core, leaving us feeling lost, disconnected or struggling to accept what has happened. While some seem to “Cope”, others feel trapped in disbelief, unable to move forward.
Healing is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Understanding that grief and trauma are unique to every individual, I take a collaborative, evidence-based approach that helps you make sense of your emotions and together we build a personalised path to healing.
As an accredited crisis support worker, my sessions are grounded in empathy, providing you with a space to express your emotions and feel supported through your pain, no matter how you feel it or choose to express it. Grief and trauma are not linear, but through clear progress tracking, you can see how far you have come.
Anxiety, depression and other mental health challenges can manifest in many ways, including persistent sadness, overwhelming worry, changes in sleep or appetite or a lack of motivation. If you’re struggling with these symptoms and feel like they’re affecting your daily life, it may be time to seek professional support. Therapy can provide tools to help manage these challenges and offer lasting change.
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer, as the number of sessions depends on you and your unique needs. Some people may benefit from just a few sessions, while others may find long-term support more helpful. We’ll work together to determine the pace and duration of therapy that works best for you.
That’s completely okay! The first session is designed to help us get to know each other and establish trust. You are in control of what you choose to share and there’s no pressure to discuss anything you’re not ready to. We’ll go at your pace and work to create a space where you feel comfortable and supported throughout the process.
Men often face mental health challenges like loss of motivation, anger management, relationship difficulties and social isolation. These struggles are more common than you think, but not spoken about nearly enough. Seeking help early can make a significant difference. In a safe, non-judgmental environment, we’ll work together to address your concerns, explore your emotions and find strategies to improve your well-being and relationships.
In a workplace conflict session, we will explore the issues at hand, including the impact of the conflict on your well-being and productivity. Through a combination of counselling and coaching, we’ll work together to develop strategies for coping and resolution, building your courage and helping you regain your place in the workplace.
Grief and trauma are deeply personal experiences, and everyone’s journey is different. We provide a safe and supportive space where you can process your emotions and experiences, offering strategies to help you manage your grief and trauma.
